CDM GUITAR will ship completed orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed and paid before 3:30 p.m. PST will ship that same day. All completed orders after the cutoff time will ship within 24 hours. cdmguitar.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. cdmguitar.com ships worldwide . The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, cost of insurance on shipping, and any returned merchandise shipping necessary. Any insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer. Most orders shipping within the US will ship with delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 2-3 days. An automated email with a a delivery confirmation number will be sent. Larger items such as amplifiers and guitars may be shipped via UPS Ground service in the US and UPS World-Wide Expedited service for international orders. An automated email with tracking information will be sent to the recipient. **Most orders shipping outside the US will ship UPS World-Wide Expedited service. The estimated delivery time for international orders is 3-5 days. All international orders will ship with a tracking number. UPS has become especially expensive. For example Australia now is over $35 UPS .  We will be updating the shipping methods to give you more options, but right now we are just using UPS . They have a better insurance , and customer care service . cdmguitar.com will adjust shipping costs for all orders over 3 lbs. . For example a Bass amp would come up $6.00 for ground in the cart . The amp weighs 48 lbs and would be adjusted to $13.00. Some items weigh more than the others, so they will cost more to ship. We do not make any money on shipping -We only charge the true cost .
